Aluminium Continuous Casting Rolling Mill
Casting equipment is available in a range of sizes, with a maximum width of 2300 mm and a minimum width of 800 mm. The roll force of the equipment can reach up to 2,000 tons. The finished Aluminium coils produced by the caster are available in widths ranging from 650 mm up to 1950 mm and in thicknesses ranging from 6 mm up to 100 mm.
Aluminium Foil Rolling Mill
Our foil rolling mill offers a range of thicknesses for finishing and single-layer applications. Double-layer foil is available in thicknesses between 0.005mm and 0.007mm, while single-layer foil can be produced in thicknesses ranging between 0.01mm and 0.014mm. Roughing rolling mill foils are also available in thicknesses ranging from 0.012mm to 0.015mm. Our foil rolling mill can operate at a maximum speed of 1500 meters per minute.
Aluminium Cold Rolling Mill
This equipment is suitable for materials with a width of up to 1950 mm and a thickness of between 6 mm and 10 mm. The maximum permissible coil weight is 25 tones. Our cold mill is capable of a maximum speed of 1000 meters per minute. The AGC / AFC system is available as an option.

Aluminium Rewinding Machine
A rewinder is a device used in Aluminium production lines to produce the material intended for sale or to prepare coils for the cold rolling process downstream. It facilitates higher working efficiency. The rewinder can operate at a rate of 400 meters per minute. The raw material used for the rewinding process is available in a range of thicknesses between 0.02mm and 2.0mm.
High-Speed Aluminium Slitter Rewinder
The High-Speed Aluminium Slitter is an appropriate machine for the cutting of 1000 series, 3000 series, 5000 series and 8000 series Aluminium plates into thin Aluminium strips. Raw plates intended for processing are typically between 0.15 and 0.6 millimetres in thickness and shall not exceed 2030 mm in width. This machine operates at a speed of 400 millimetres per minute. The final product width ranges from 700 mm to 1025 mm.

Aluminium Slitting Line
Our Aluminium cutting equipment is employed in Aluminium cutting lines for thin strips and large-scale cuts, as well as in medium-sized strips. The capacity of the equipment is limited to 10 cuts per strip, and the raw material thickness is typically between 0.5 and 3.0 millimeters. The maximum speed of the equipment is 200 millimeters per minute.
Aluminium Foil Doubler Machine
A Foil doubler is a machine for uncoiling Aluminium foils ranging from 0.02 mm to 0.04 mm in thickness, spraying oil and trimming, and then doubling the foils prior to the final rolling pass. It is capable of processing Aluminium with a broad range of thicknesses into large-diameter rolls with high efficiency and slitting precision.
Aluminium Cut-To-Length Line
The Aluminium Cut-to-Length Line is utilized to uncoil, level and cut the rolled Aluminium coils to the desired length. The thickness of the material intended for processing is between 4 mm and 12 mm, and the cut length is between 2 m and 12 m. The maximum speed of the machine is 20 m/min.
Aluminium Foil Separator Machine
The vertical foil separator is capable of operating at a speed of up to 1,000 m/min and can make a maximum of 6 cuts. The diameter of the final Aluminium coil can reach up to 1000mm.
Aluminium Coil Continuous Coating Line
The double-coating dual-drying head coats both sides of the Aluminium plates. Hydrophilic coating refers to the process of creating a highly hydrophilic functionalized nano-scale surface on metal foil. The hydrophilic surface then attracts water and allows water to pass through the Aluminium surface. Hydrophilic foil is commonly used in air conditioners, freezers, and radiating fins.
